Daniele Di Gregorio

Education:

Law degree, the “La Sapienza” University of Rome.

Professional experience:

After obtaining a law degree from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome, Daniele completed two-year apprenticeship program and successfully passed qualification examination in 1986, which enabled him to practice law as a licensed lawyers. Daniele was admitted to the Bar in 1992.

Upon qualification, Daniele conducted proceedings in both civil and criminal law.

In 87-90 Daniele carried out Honorary Judiciary functions, such as V. Magistrate regent of the District Court of Castropignano (CB) appointed by the Superior Council of Magistracy.

In 1991 Daniele taught Financial Law at the Commercial Institute “Leopoldo Pilla” in Campobasso.

In 2008 Daniele was appointed as a commissioner of Bar examination at the Campobasso Court of Appeal by the Ministry of Justice and as commissioner qualifying examination to the legal profession held in the Court of Appeal of Campobasso.

In 1998 Daniele was admitted to the Supreme Court of Cassation upon successful completion of the relevant public examination.

In 2011 Daniele received the certificate of participation upon completing and successfully passing the post-graduate course in Mediation organized by Tota Consulting s.a.s. in Campobasso.

Antonella Di Gregorio

Education:

Antonella obtained a Law degree from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome with the thesis in criminal law “Scientific proof in criminal proceedings.”

She is currently carrying out legal apprenticeship.
